When you book with Low Cost Sky, our Travel Experts ensure you receive the best price available. To uphold this, we have implemented our Price Match Policy (PMP). Under this policy, if you find a lower all-inclusive price for the same itinerary on a major online travel agency (OTA) within 24 hours of booking, we will match the price and refund the difference.

What is meant by "the same itinerary"?

"The same itinerary" means that every detail of the booking must match our quoted booking details, including the number, carrier, travel dates, and number of passengers.

Why is it required that bookings under PMP must be "offered and available"?

You must ensure that the itinerary you find at a lower rate is live on a competitor’s site and available for booking at the time our agent checks the website.

How can I notify Low Cost Sky about invoking PMP?

To invoke PMP, you must provide a URL or screenshot that allows our customer service representatives to verify the itinerary. Our Travel Experts will use this information to check the lower rate. We reserve the right to deny claims if we cannot verify the details. If verified, you will have the option to either keep your booking as is or receive a refund for the price difference.

Are there any exceptions to the Price Match Policy?

The PMP does not apply to bookings made with membership programs, corporate or group discounts, charter fares, rewards programs, incentives, meeting or convention rates, or consolidated fares. It also does not apply to coupon promotions or any other promotional offers that are not available to the general public.

Exclusions:

The following are excluded from the PMP: military, student, government, tour operator, bulk, vacation package, and fare errors.
